Dear User,
We are pleased to welcome you to the PokerFi poker platform, where we offer a secure, transparent, and fair online poker experience. Before using our services, it is essential that you carefully read and fully understand these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use establish the rules, rights, and responsibilities between you, the player, and PokerFi, ensuring a balanced and fair environment for all participants.
By accessing or using the platform, you fully agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
1.1 By accessing or using the PokerFi platform, the user declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the conditions set forth herein.
1.2 If the user does not agree with these Terms, they must refrain from using the services, as use of the platform implies full acceptance.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The user must be of legal age to play in their jurisdiction.
2.2 It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that the use of the PokerFi platform is legal in their country or locality.
2.3 PokerFi may adopt technical and operational measures to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gaming is not permitted.
2.4 Prohibition of Minors
2.4.1 The PokerFi platform is intended exclusively for individuals 18 (eighteen) years of age or older.
2.4.2 Any access, registration, use of the platform, participation in games, tournaments, cash games, promotions, or financial transactions by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
2.4.3 By creating an account, the user expressly declares and guarantees that they meet the minimum legal age requirement and are legally eligible to participate in online gaming activities.
2.4.4 If it is identified at any time that an account has been created or used by a minor, PokerFi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the account, cancel winnings, and block or withhold balances, without prior notice.
2.4.5 PokerFi shall not be liable for losses resulting from false information, unauthorized access, or use of the platform by minors, including when facilitated by parents, legal guardians, or third parties.
2.4.6 PokerFi may request age and identity verification (KYC) at any time.
3. User Account
3.1 To use the services, the user must create an account with truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
3.2 The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted under their account.
3.3 The creation of multiple accounts, use of third-party data, or any fraudulent activity is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of the account.
3.4 Multi-Accounting, Account Sharing and Account Renting
3.4.1 Each user may maintain only one account on the PokerFi platform unless expressly authorized in writing by PokerFi.
3.4.2 The creation, ownership, operation, or use of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether directly or indirectly, is prohibited.
3.4.3 Account sharing is strictly prohibited. The registered account holder must be the sole user of the account.
3.4.4 Renting, selling, purchasing, transferring, lending, or otherwise granting access to an account to any third party is prohibited.
3.4.5 PokerFi reserves the right to suspend, terminate, merge, restrict, or permanently close accounts involved in multi-accounting, account sharing, or account renting and may confiscate related balances, winnings, bonuses, or promotional benefits.
4. User Conduct
4.1 The user agrees to use the platform ethically and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and respect for other players.
4.2 It is strictly prohibited to:
- - Use bots, external software, or fraudulent methods;
- - Engage in collusion, team play, or manipulation of results;
- - Perform money laundering or suspicious transactions.
4.3 PokerFi reserves the right to investigate irregular conduct and apply warnings, suspensions, or account termination.
4.4 VPNs and Restricted Jurisdictions
4.4.1 Users shall not use VPNs, proxies, remote desktop tools, location spoofing software, or any other method designed to conceal their true location or circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
4.4.2 PokerFi may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts found to be accessing the platform from prohibited or restricted jurisdictions.
4.4.3 PokerFi reserves the right to request additional verification documents and proof of location at any time.
4.5 Artificial Intelligence, Solvers and Real-Time Assistance
4.5.1 The use of bots, automated decision-making systems, poker solvers, real-time assistance tools (RTA), artificial intelligence software, or any technology that provides strategic assistance during active gameplay is strictly prohibited.
4.5.2 PokerFi may investigate suspected violations through technical analysis, gameplay review, device monitoring, or other reasonable anti-fraud measures.
4.5.3 Accounts found to be using prohibited software may be suspended or permanently terminated, and associated balances, winnings, bonuses, and promotional benefits may be confiscated.
5. Game Rules
5.1 The user must comply with official poker rules and the specific regulations defined by the platform.
5.2 Violations of the rules may result in disqualification, tournament termination, or sanctions.
6. Deposits, Withdrawals, Bonuses, and Conversion Rules
6.1 Deposits
6.1.1 Deposits may be made in USDT or other assets accepted by the platform.
6.1.2 Deposits may be subject to minimum and maximum limits informed at the time of the transaction.
6.2 Verification and Security
6.2.1 Financial transactions may be subject to identity verification (KYC).
6.2.2 PokerFi may suspend deposits, withdrawals, or other financial transactions until the verification process has been completed successfully.
6.3 Withdrawals
6.3.1 Withdrawal requests are subject to internal review and may take up to 3 (three) business days to process.
6.3.2 This period may be extended in cases of audits, additional identity verification (KYC), anti-fraud reviews, anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, or other security checks.
6.3.3 Chargebacks or fraudulent reversals are not accepted and may result in account termination.
6.3.4 As a condition for eligibility for the first withdrawal, the user must have successfully completed at least one valid deposit using one of the payment methods accepted by PokerFi. PokerFi may, at its sole discretion, waive this requirement for specific promotional campaigns or exceptional circumstances.
6.4 Withdrawal Fees
6.4.1 Withdrawals are subject to the network fees of the chosen blockchain (e.g., TRC20, BEP20).
6.4.2 The net amount received will always be lower than the requested amount due to applicable fees.
6.4.3 A fixed withdrawal fee of USD 1 (one dollar) will be charged per withdrawal, in addition to network fees.
6.5 Mandatory Rollover
6.5.1 All deposited funds must be used in gameplay before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
6.5.2 Failure to meet rollover requirements may result in withdrawal rejection.
6.6 C$ and T$ Bonuses – Conversion and Withdrawal Release
6.6.1 C$ (Promotional Credits) and T$ (Promotional Tickets) are promotional in nature and are not considered real money at the time they are credited.
6.6.2 The conversion of C$ to USD occurs exclusively through actual gameplay on the platform.
6.6.3 Converted values are subject to specific withdrawal release rules.
6.6.4 The user may withdraw up to 25% (twenty-five percent) of the total amount converted from C$ to USD.
6.6.5 The remaining 75% (seventy-five percent) will remain locked until additional rollover requirements are met.
6.6.6 Attempts to withdraw the full converted amount without meeting the required conditions may result in withdrawal rejection.
6.6.7 Similar rules apply to amounts derived from T$ (Promotional Tickets).
6.6.8 Freerolls, Promotional Winnings and Withdrawal Eligibility
6.6.8.1 Winnings obtained through freerolls, promotional tournaments, bonuses, promotional campaigns, Promotional Credits (C$), Promotional Tickets (T$), or any other promotion offered by PokerFi may, at PokerFi's sole discretion, be subject to identity verification (KYC), anti-fraud procedures, minimum gameplay (rollover) requirements, minimum rake generation at a ratio of 4:1 (four dollars in rake generated for every one dollar of promotional funds), verification of the source of funds where applicable, as well as the successful completion of at least one valid deposit before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
6.6.8.2 For the purposes of the requirement described above, the user must generate a minimum of USD 4.00 (four dollars) in rake for every USD 1.00 (one dollar) originating from freerolls, bonuses, promotional campaigns, Promotional Credits (C$), Promotional Tickets (T$), or any other promotional benefit the user intends to withdraw, unless otherwise provided in the specific terms of the applicable promotion.
6.6.8.3 PokerFi reserves the right to reject, suspend, restrict, delay, cancel, or withhold any withdrawal request, as well as temporarily block promotional funds, until all promotional, operational, security, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and anti-fraud requirements have been fully satisfied.
6.6.8.4 These measures are intended to preserve the integrity of the platform and to prevent fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering (AML), terrorist financing where applicable, multi-accounting, account sharing, account renting, collusion, chip dumping, the use of VPNs, proxies, Real-Time Assistance (RTA) tools, artificial intelligence, bots, prohibited software, or any other abusive, fraudulent, or prohibited activity under these Terms of Use.
6.6.8.5 PokerFi may cancel, adjust, reverse, confiscate, or partially confiscate any promotional winnings, bonuses, credits, tickets, or promotional benefits whenever it identifies a violation of these Terms of Use, fraud, promotional abuse, or failure to comply with the requirements established in this Section.
6.7 Adjustments
6.7.1 PokerFi reserves the right to adjust percentages, rollover criteria, limits, and conversion rules, with prior notice through official channels.
6.8 Agent Credits and Independent Settlements
6.8.1 PokerFi may authorize certain agents, clubs, affiliates, or partners to provide balances, credits, chips, or promotional funds directly to players.
6.8.2 Any credit, loan, advance, balance, or financial arrangement made directly between an agent and a player shall be considered a private agreement between those parties.
6.8.3 PokerFi is not responsible for collecting, guaranteeing, mediating, reimbursing, or enforcing any amounts owed by players to agents.
6.8.4 Agents assume full responsibility for any credit risk, default, loss, chargeback, dispute, or financial obligation arising from balances or credits provided directly to players.
6.8.5 PokerFi is not required to verify whether an agent has received payment from a player before crediting balances instructed by such agent.
6.8.6 Players acknowledge that any debt owed to an agent does not constitute a debt owed to PokerFi.
6.8.7 PokerFi may suspend or terminate any agent relationship at its sole discretion without assuming responsibility for balances, debts, or disputes existing between agents and players.
6.8.8 Any balance, credit, chips, or funds credited to a player's account at the request of an agent shall be considered a financial obligation exclusively assumed by such agent. PokerFi shall bear no liability whatsoever for any loss, default, dispute, or non-payment arising from such credit, regardless of whether the player reimburses the agent.
6.9 Confiscation of Fraudulent Funds
6.9.1 PokerFi reserves the right to confiscate, withhold, adjust, reverse, or remove any funds, winnings, bonuses, promotional credits, tickets, balances, or benefits obtained through fraud, collusion, chip dumping, bonus abuse, chargebacks, account sharing, multi-accounting, prohibited software, or any violation of these Terms.
6.9.2 PokerFi may redistribute affected funds when deemed appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform and affected users.
6.9.3 The confiscation of funds under this section shall not limit PokerFi's right to impose additional sanctions, including account suspension or permanent termination.
7. Chat Rules
7.1 Chat must be used respectfully.
7.2 Offensive language, harassment, discrimination, or spam is prohibited.
7.3 Chat access may be restricted in case of violations.
8. PokerFi Responsibilities
8.1 PokerFi is not responsible for financial losses, except in cases of proven technical failures attributable to the platform.
8.2 PokerFi is not responsible for issues arising from the user's internet connection, equipment, or third-party services.
8.3 PokerFi may suspend or terminate services at any time.
8.4 Limitation of Liability
8.4.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PokerFi's total liability arising from any dispute, claim, loss, or event related to the platform shall not exceed the balance available in the user's account at the time the dispute arose.
8.4.2 PokerFi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or expected winnings.
9. Malfunctions and Interruptions
9.1 PokerFi will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical malfunctions.
9.2 Tournaments may be settled using the Independent Chip Model (ICM).
9.3 PokerFi's decisions are final and binding.
10. Changes to the Terms
10.1 These Terms may be amended at any time.
10.2 Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Official Communication
11.1 Official communications will be conducted via email or internal platform messages.
12. Account Termination
12.1 Users may request account closure at any time.
12.2 PokerFi may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of violations or legal requirements.
13. General Provisions
13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between PokerFi and the user.
13.2 Any modification must be electronically acknowledged by PokerFi.
